MKRO is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project + Campaign Manager to oversee development initiatives for our extensive portfolio of brand partners and licenses.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with brand partners to strategize, execute, and evaluate marketing and campaign initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including media, sales, and design, to deliver high-quality results.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and performance reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or production.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
Hybrid position: Requires 2 days per week at MKRO’s office in downtown Manhattan
Preferred Skills:
Capable of working with the team and independently to move projects forward without constant guidance
Interest and familiarity in keyboards or similar hobbyist industries
Proficiency with project management tools
Proven to be a self-starter who is eager to contribute by identifying and pursuing new opportunities

MKRO is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Media Associate to coordinate and produce media content in-house and in collaboration with creators.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage social media content and campaigns across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with creators to conceptualize and execute multimedia projects.
Produce, edit, and optimize video content for marketing and branding purposes.
Assist with graphic design and content creation using Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements:
Proficiency in social media platforms, basic video editing, and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing media schedules and deliverables.
Interest in keyboards or similar hobbyist industries.
Capable of working with the team and independently to move projects forward without constant guidance
Familiarity with media management tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer) is a plus.

Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or tech-related industries.
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships effectively.
